Kate Bliss

Born into a successful auctioneering businesses, Kate grew up in the auction world and has always been fascinated by the history and craftsmanship of beautiful objects. After graduating from Brasenose College, Oxford, Kate studied fine art to become a registered and approved valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.After eight years in the auction business and becoming a fellow of the Gemological Association of Great Britain, Kate founded her own valuation practice, focusing on jewellery and fine art.

Frequently appearing as an expert valuer and presenter on television, Kate is consultant with a number of UK auction houses and undertakes valuations in London and the provinces.
